I realized yesterday that I haven't sat on a couch since May 5th. I haven't heard a Canadian accent in weeks. I've say things like joyest instead of joyous and can't figure out which is actually the proper word. Every two weeks I watch TV at the restaurant we go to in Techiman. It is usually news, an Asian soap opera, or Vibes Africa. The last twelve English songs I heard on the radio were Celine Dion. (People hear we are from Canada and immediately assume we love her)  I love it here. I love my job. Working with Angela is really fun. She is hilarious! And clumsy, which is extra hilarious. We had our project halfway point this week. 87 days until we leave Ghana. It seems so far away but I know it will go by really fast. At the end of the month we go to Kumasi again to renew our visas. There will be a hot shower waiting for me at our hotel! Something to look forward to!
